I also hike solo most of the time and I find because I am solo everyone assumes I must be super knowledgeable so come to me for help. I haven’t camped out solo yet, but that will come! Love the tips for frozen water bottles in good weather, wouldn’t have thought of that! But then, it is rarely all that cold in the UK!
