I was born in the USA, lived for sme years in New England, always loved maple syrup and was fascinatind by how it grows and gets produced. I’ve been British for many decades now having married an Englishman, and, live in England where a favourite gift from family in Canada over the years: has been ….. maple syrup!.

The extent of our travel is our own small region, but that’s ok right now! At least we have hiking trails and places to buy food avaialable! 🙂 I hope you’re able to visit next year, too!
