I would love the sledding and snowshoeing in the vineyard. It’s awesome that the great Gretzky has a skating rink – I’ve never ice skated before, so I might be too old to try this; sounds like fun though. It looks soooo different to the summertime, but wooooow – there is something magical about seeing all the sparkly ice crystals!

I knew ice wine was picked after several days in a row with frost, but I didn’t know they pick the grapes at night!? No wonder it is such a pricy delicacy!
